This isn't everyone's experience, but on my rewatch of Star Wars (1977) my poor brain kept spouting 'facts' like:

- ponda baba & dr evazan
- that trash monster is a dianoga
- cell block 1138 is a reference to...

It's enough to make you really resent Star Wars. Why do I know these things?!
