I’m like a 1.5. It depends on how abstract the visualization is, or if it’s something I’ve ever seen or am just envisioning based on what I read or am told. But if I’ve seen it before — especially if I’ve touched it — I can recall it pretty vividly. I could even rotate it around like a 3D model.

I visualize data as literal JSON, I can open a little vim in my head and see the schema for any object, programming-related or not. I can visualize the apple and turn it in my head, & sense the apple’s “data”
And not just for OO code, for techniques like Data Oriented Design too.
I find it very hard to explain my exact thought process in an interview because it's not exactly clear to me
It's not that there's no colour at all, but when I picture something it's definitely not a fully realized object, it's more like the gist of it.
