She has a right to appeal so I'l wait until the appeal courts hear her case and makes a judgement before I believe she is innocent

This is a tricky one, because the case against Letby was basically a statistical one … that it was impossible for this number of babies to have died by “natural causes” and she was at the scene for all of them.

Evidence that they actually died from systemic medical neglect is pretty devastating.
