The new Special Tribunal for The #Gambia with jurisdiction over international crimes and crimes under the domestic law allegedly committed in 1994-2017 will be headquartered in The Gambia—but may also sit elsewhere. The Court will be hybrid in terms of the applicable law and its composition.
