⚡️The Core Group has worked out key aspects of the concept Statute of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression 🇺🇦, to be adopted in Kyiv in April. ST will be based on a CoE-Ukraine treaty; the enlarged partial agreement will be open to all states.
