Tried turning it off and on again… didn’t work. So I unplugged, reconnected and restarted…still nothing.
I’m calling IT now…

I would suggest unplugging them from Canadian electricity for a bit every Monday morning. Then restore power, then turn it off and on a few times. Repeat.
