I heard on french radio in Montréal, young womens 20ish who usually voted green or NDP, are going to vote for Mark Carney because they want a strong and united Canada.

This reflect another interview from last week, this time with retired ladies.

I had considered retiring to the rural part of Ottawa next to Arnprior when it eventually got developed, that is until I found out it was his riding. I don't want to live near Maple MAGA and risk exposure to Karens.

Canada needs gov run housing, rental units that 'front line' workers can afford: Police, nurses, teachers, food store workers etc. Private sector will never fill this need.
We need better healthcare, especially family physicians.

All that costs $$$. So no tax cuts. Please raise taxes on top 25%

PP's comment, "I have always believed that it is voluntary generosity among family and community that are the greatest social safety nets we can ever have." A very naive comment in today's world, but I think it's a justification for the cuts he will make if he becomes P.M. Please get out and vote.
