Thank you and yes! I used a cricut maker to cut out 2 foot rows of chainmail that I then wove together! Takes a while but worth the end result imo 🙏

did you use the rub and buff before assembly? also how warm was it? sorry for a million questions! I haven't seen this technique yet and it looks a lot faster than making 4 in 1 lol

LOL no worries - it’s definitely faster than actual chainmail!

I used the rub n buff after assembly! I gave it a coat of plastidip beforehand to give it a solid base

The skirt wasn’t warm at all, but the sleeves did get fairly warm! But my vest is upholstery fabric so not super unexpected
