What’s real messed up is the second I turned 30 I physically stopped being able to nap. I will be so sleep, no energy to do anything, and I cannot get to sleep. I used to take 3-4 hour naps and it was elite.
I feel you. I honestly never napped, but the sleepy to actual sleep ratio is completely bonkers. Are you a member of the "Fall Asleep Upright at Desk Chair, Then Move to Bed Only to Be Unable to Come Remotely Close to Sleeping" club?
Ngl, you probably need coffee, exercise, a new diet, sleep, collectivism and maybe antidepressants... Because I used to be like this... So I know what I do... If you can make it simpler I'm all ears.
