I maintain everyone in the US should have FMLA paperwork on file for whatever reason your doctor will fill it out for.

Twelve weeks off per year, and you just call in and say FMLA time, fuck all giving the people you work with/for a reason.

While the ADA is still intact.

I strongly believe in the mental health day. Mental health is health. Mental illness (not saying that’s you) is illness. Work places really need to get on board with that.
