Wow, I'm feeling that - since I just completed my yearly mandatory 2hr workplace harassment certification for managers. That would have been a good example scenario.
I strongly believe in the mental health day. Mental health is health. Mental illness (not saying thatβs you) is illness. Work places really need to get on board with that.

My job is pretty lax, I just need more than can presently be accommodated for. π
Twelve weeks off per year, and you just call in and say FMLA time, fuck all giving the people you work with/for a reason.
