If we are "not there yet", we are closest we have ever been in history. There is a higher than 50% chance of becoming a full blown autocracy controlled by one person, and generationally passed to his relatives. Read "Tyranny in the 20th Century" and compare the evils then and now. We are there.
Depends if the 🍊💩has defied a court order yet. They were telling him to ignore it but so far I understand he has not defied them. I would say if the country is not at constitutional crisis they are as close as they have ever been. Sometime needs to be done now before it is too late.
California should prepare for all those who shit-talked it and left these past few years to be crawling back when powerful blue states do whatever it takes to protect their people.
After the “Constitutional Crisis” (whatever the fuck that means) has concluded, and the Constitution is moot, they will say we are in a Constitutional Crisis. #usacoup
Bonta has to sue cabinet members, not their departments, so individuals can be held in contempt of court and jailed for refusing to follow court orders.
