The problem is that the electorate does not think it’s ill informed. They need to be deradicalzed and non profits are not up to the task

Air America & Thinkprogress are gone. They were doing good jobs but were allowed to die, ostensibly bc they weren't making $. That was absurd as counterpropaganda & other public services shd not have to make $.

The obvious problem with this claim is that, to a considerable degree, the commercial media _did_ trend toward an informed electorate in the 20th c. I think the attribution of cause is missing something.
