I don't want to distract from the well-wishes, but I think it's objectively clear that the constitution has one--and only one--remedy for an authoritarian executive: impeachment. Specifically for organized militias, which makes sense bc wtf is a lone wolf gonna do. Do you know any militias near you? If yes, then you're in on a very secret society -- there are basically 0 militias compared to 1801, and the ones that exist are 99% right wing

They didn't waste it. The daylight helped. It didn't fix the government problem, but it took public opinion of him down and put him on the defensive. We need that part again.

I remember, just a few years ago, a certain political demographic insisting there was an amendment that gave a 2nd option to removing tyranny.

I forgot which amendment it was though...
