It's honestly stunning how they keep tracing this artist. They were already called out for it /by the same artist/ in 2021, except they were tracing patreon-exclusive art to post publicly.

My extent of knowledge on them on X was just all the drama they had, which I chalked up to their age.

Some young artists also trace for an easy up, get caught, then learn technique and develop a real style.

But stalking and meddling is a bridge too far. Already been victims of both those things.

Yeah, he disappeared because someone called him out on his egregious art theft and realized none of his usual excuses were going to work. So he deleted his Twitter account out of, presumably, embarrassment.

As I've said before back on the former website, this is a pattern of behavior from someone with clear contempt for art, who only does it for money and clout, and thinks their audience is stupid enough to buy whatever slim excuse they come up with. You don’t steal from people you respect.

And I do mean, money and clout. Their plagiarism isn't constrained to personal work, they've traced art for commissions and behind paywalls. This is, in my opinion, obviously and transparently greedy. This isn't 5 minute fap material, there is money exchanging hands.

This isn't even getting into the extent of their stalking behavior-- one of my partners commissioned someone they were beefing with, and they proceeded to contact my partner to try and cancel the commission. This is, transparently and directly, sabotaging another artist's income for spite.

I don't take pleasure in stirring the pot nowadays, but I feel this was warranted because - again - he was charging people. For money. While directly trying to prevent the people he disliked from making money by intimidating their clients.

He would literally stalk the trello boards of artists he was beefing with, make note of new clients being added to work queues, then directly message those clients with heinous allegations about the artist to pressure them into dropping the commission.
