I think aetherdrift is actually pretty tame when it comes to "gimmick" sets. Yes, there is a lot of racing art & puns/references but a lot of the set still invokes the more classic magic feeling. Even the racing themed cards don't feel like unset cards but an actual serious in univers take on racing
