As of 10 a.m., a strong squall line is working towards Interstate 95. Raleigh, Richmond, Baltimore and Washington D.C. are in next in line. Strong to locally damaging winds and/or an isolated tornado are possible. Meteorologist @matthewcappucci.bsky.social has an update.
