Oh yeah and I have my doubts about Bluesky. It seems pretty good now (especially after a recent big migration from X/Twitter) but who knows how long it will last. Be on guard.

Yeah, my thinking too. Nothing good lasts. Honestly I like discord’s redux of ye old message board format. Self-policing per community, dedicated communities to topics. Probably some shitty ones but at least they’re avoidable
