People are ANGRY today. I’ve had two customers swear at me because I couldn’t cash lotto tickets of $100 (we don’t keep that in the till for robbery purposes), and one guy tried to smash our window when I couldn’t identify a brand of cigarette from the stripe on the filter. #Retail
