That "I'm Your GPU" song in the jungle from Astro's Playroom is so freaking good! It was such a neat game and it was basically a tech demo for the new controller. It's definitely a nice change of pace to see Astro Bot win.
With all the special controller gimmicks I dont see that one hitting PC either. I will say this, if your soul is down and battered it would be worth the cost of a ps5 to have astrobot lift your spirits. At least it would for me.
The fact a platformer won game of the year, it wasn’t mario, and was somewhat of a new ip is crazy. I seriously hope this will start a resurgence in 3d platformers😭
I'm also happy Helldivers 2 won the continuous game award. It's so good to see actual good games thrive instead of generic slop like Genshin, Wukong or Fortinite
