I really hope they do it. Its like one of the last numbered FF games that need to be ported over to modern consoles. FFXI doesn't count cause its an MMO and likely requires a whole remake at this point.
That's wonderful. I actually have 1-10 on my. Ps vita, and I'd gladly put more on it if they played on it. Regardless it's just a great series and the only one I'm missing is 16(waiting for a sale)
It’s so crazy how they haven’t had a FF13 collection. I thought we would get that in the PS4 era but we are getting close to the PS6 era and still nothing. I know people complained about the first game but I believe more people would get it now than back then.
They published it in Asia. Actually fun fact about that copy: Its the only one in the world where you can get FFX-2 HD on the cartridge instead of digital code.
I have FF1 - FF15 (sans 11, 7r) on my Xbox, and FF1 - FF16 (sans 11) on my PC. I guess it's time to follow suit on my Switch lol. Also, kinda wish SE would release (remake?) FF11 as a solo, standalone game (just take the story and characters etc, without the MMO mechanics).
The fact the majority of these games are just fully available on modern systems makes me so happy. I hope more people get to experience these classics as a result.
If they would just add Tactics then the Switch will be the definitive way to play the good Final Fantasy games. I’ve got the same collection you do and I’ve been enjoying revisiting the classics.
I wish they did some kind of offline FF11. Just to help make it fit with the rest of the games on the shelf. I have a 360 computer of it just so I can have all the numbers

I lowkey expect it next year at some point…. Like SE normally does like 6-8 remasters a year, and they are kinda running out of stuff to remaster lol
I've been playing them for the first time recently (currently on 13-2, good game btw), and they did not stand the test of time, at least the pc ports.
Even with the fan patches, they are still a bit technical mess and could use some sprucing up
It would be great to have modern console ports of Final Fantasy XIII trilogy from the single player numbered games.
Even had the NES guide.
Obviously half-kidding. I love 11.
Sad that FFX-2 is forced to be digital, making it like 12gb 😩
