The navies should not hesitate to shoot at the bridge of those ships, not the hull, to stop them if confirmed dragging the anchors. There should be plenty of maritime drones to check on every ship crossing the sector where the cables are. Why is every incident investigated later....

Kan man ha gjort en hemlig deal med rederiet att de ska betala bara man fick segla vidare? Eller är det bara uselt arbete av Svenska myndigheter? Finns ingen som kan tro att det var en olycka, lika lite som att ryska tankfartyg exploderar av sig själva i hamnar i Medelhavet och Finska viken

If the timestamp had higher resolution AND the position of the cable was well known down to a few meters, we might have been able to work out the length of the anchor chain :)
