Base Grøtsund is frequented by several NATO navies. Haltbakk Bunker insinuate on their web that they service the base but I have found nothing verifying that. Email sent.
But I agree it is hardly clear cut.
U-turn and bunker blockade might be connected but there are also a myriad of other reasons for them to turn around that they wont tell us =)
By saying "Visegrad runs with it" I actually imply it is much less credible =)
