I'm working through my case with my MP's staff. It's taking time due to reliving trauma caused by NHS etc. Legal action is certainly one option under active consideration.

They're scared they'll get sued if they help us? They should be utterly terrified of being sued if they don't.

Mines good she's just not informed so I'm sending her this. She has been so accepting since I came out to her. Even remembered things like me being concerned abt hormonal changes from contraception.

Gender GP wrote at length about this issue. They've on record training info that bolsters inbuilt GP knowledge compulsorily gained during training to qualify. They offered ongoing support to ensure GPs wouldn't be isolated. The #GMC acted instead to ruinously terrorise any willing practitioners.

Doctors are incredibly bad at project management, producing documentation, and risk analysis. They overthink the problem and frontload everything with the kitchen sink. The biggest reason for a regret case is overbearing transphobic doctors assing around.

Increasingly fed up with mollycoddling GPs since Covid ended, every text I've had from my practice related to "We're far too busy, contact NHS24 see if a 50min queue helps prioritise your need" already speaking with a pal commissioning a private £300 GP to check over his ailing mum condition & Meds.

Doctors are Tories. Been saying it for years.

I've documented a fair bit of doctors commentary and behaviour to show how they like having everything their way to suit themselves to contrast with their complete lack of even basic professionalism and respect esp with trans healthcare.

Helen Webberley has been clear all along that GPs with a little backup when called for, could have cleared the artificial, politically engineered, backlog in no time. GMC I feel, monstered her as a warning. Doubt many GPs (or anyone for that) would remain unscathed with scrutiny level they endured.

I'm finding my own way to explain things to my MP's staff for various reasons but Webberley's material is the kind of material I will draw on. I have other information too which I can't discuss which has a bearing on this.

I'm not underprepared. The problem is managing the volume of information!

I've been having issues for almost a year. Spoke to my MP (pointless).

Followed a suggestion by a friend to go straight to the top of the practice - did so, intimating multiple breaches of discrimination under ea2010.

Instant response, discussion with practice manager and all issues resolved.

Less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender reassignment.
I INSISTED on a 2nd opinion too.
But a decision in writing is a must.
Where you take it then is up to you.
Mine's with the Ombudsman - but I was forced to flee too as the scum were, literally, making me sick!

If they are claiming they can't do a "specialist prescription" then ask if they prescribe for cancer patients and others that are recommended by specialist services?
If so, is it a sudden inability to prescribe that needs GMC involvement?

Shut it down hard and make them know you'll go further.
