Basically all discrimination rules will apply except for trans people as that's just an ideology that can be called out by staff

The OfS is at once vague, not being clear whether the Uni of Sussex's current policies are ok.

And oddly precise, suggesting Uni policies should perfectly match the law when defining terms like "harassment".

How strictly will the OfS enforce that idea? and what will Unis do in advance of it?
