I just bought a k1se as well, worth the price imo and converting it into an enclosed one for ABS is pretty straightforward.

I tested two methods for the side panels, one was printed hex grid which worked quite well although noisy (1191358) and the other was laser cut acrylic from SendCutSend (1047296).
Both on printables.
Either way it's works well with passive heating from the bed.
