Well, he's very much lost the plot since that earlier moment. His earlier songs took jabs about police profiling and any one of a variety of issues of racism. He's moved *decidedly* to the right since then (like, Nazi far)

Just read what had happened. Read it in detail, about the decision before, while and after the flood. While there was a lot of "just fucked up", it was also systematically. And systematically if targeted black people.

The thing about all that incident was Meyers had afterwards commented that he thought Kayne had some sort of mental illness, but not for the things he said on the show, but things he had apparently said backstage. Everyone went feral on Meyers and assumed he was lying. We may owe Meyers an apology
