It will be good to see how unnecessary a lot of the things I changed really were. Most of us probably did it at some stage. Side by side with a new phone, mine was quite restricted, but not really giving any protection I could see.

Just migrating someone who has been using the same 2-3 passwords on every website ever to a password manager with unique passwords is a HUGE work.
I get why normies don't want to.

yeah its seriously effort intensive....

I've got a few challenges: (not mine personally)

1 x device that has no local storage +iCloud is full = not top to date, data isn't all backed up.

STARTING POINTS
Inventory of devices
ICloud Credentials + PIN CODES
Device Backups - to disk

I've deployed some Synology to friends and family with great success for backup !
I've also deployed a Raspberry Pi with PiHole to my MIL but I kind of regret it because it's a pain to keep it up to date and with the blocklist and allow list lol
