Crazy idea: what if we all just ignore trumps insane EOs and continue obeying the laws and appropriations congress wrote? If the enforcement of the EO would require suing an institution into submission, it seems the trump admin is already hemorrhaging lawyers to do their bidding.

Yep. Bringing back testing has been a major goal. If they have their way job applications will include an IQ test.

Also, it does look like St Olaf cited a commitment to “equity and inclusion” as part of the analysis for going test optional 😬
