As the administration tries to make a problematic and likely bogus case that Garcia is an MS-13 member, I would like to remind people:

There is no crime you can commit in the U.S. where you can be sentenced to life in an El Salvadoran prison. Garcia has not been convicted of any crime whatsoever.
