I firmly believe that trans folks should have the right to be athletes, but I don’t agree that those born male should be able to compete in female sports due to biological advantages in muscle mass etc. I ask honestly: is this a violation of civil rights?

Yeah theres no evidence that advantage exists if it did a trans athlete would have "dominated" some sport in the decades they have been allowed to compete the fact they haven't suggests there is no advantage. Also how do you decide what constitutes being born male with no legal/scientific standard.

If this is the concern, then establish weight categories that are agnostic to sex-at-birth, instead of relying on sex-at-birth to determine anything reliably
