Very validating to read honestly! Finding a system that allowed me to consistently get things done while leaving room for human realities like rest, leisure, and bad days was a life changer. Task lists CAN be done healthily and sustainably!
Have you tried making an endless serIes of notes and half notes and never checking them so they slowly fade from memory as your desperately form new notes?
