The apartment is very nice. I am pleased with it. I did realize that there's another thing I have to add to the list of shit to get. I will 100% need a floor protector for my desk chair. I don't want to fuck up the very nice laminate floor.

Oh man, I have occasionally contemplated using my new apartments as a handball court whenever I was in that situation. I never did (what a HORRIBLE way to introduce myself to the neighbors!) but some gremlin inside of me was always "Hey, what if we took advantage of this space to try a new game?" 😂
