West Ham pulled off a smash-and-grab victory over rivals Tottenham Hotspur to reach the league cup semi-finals.

Goals from Seraina Piubel and Kirsty Smith cancelled out Martha Thomas' opener, and Megan Walsh shut out Spurs for the rest of the game.
