A late Kevin De Bruyne goal denied Leyton Orient a huge upset in the FA Cup.

After taking the lead in the 16th minute from a Stefan Ortega own-goal, it looked like the giant killing was on, but goals from Abdukodir Khusanov and De Bruyne saved the day for City.
