I know I talk about being more positive a lot, and some think that can be "toxic positivity"
Negativity just drains me, y'all
I try to be positive because there's already enough negativity on us EVERY DAY and I want to put good vibes out there to cut through it a little, not contribute more to it

Revel in your interests and share your reverie. If we agree we can connect and share. If not, hey-ho. Just scroll past and find something that brings you joy to share with like-minded people.
Why bother wasting energy trying to ruin others' fun?
I'm fine with criticizing things, most of the time, but pure negativity is just exhausting.
(This is a joke)
Nowadays I just poke fun at it and call it names.
To be fair, deleting TwitX knocked that down by about 90% though.
Occasionally it's a little TOO positive for my taste, but then i just don't engage on that topic. Like a well adjusted adult.🤷♂️
Never mind them.
I appreciate you and your positivity.
Keep the faith in you and all you do.
The memory of time spent on a game can transport folks back to a "better" time. You spark that memory.
Don't lose your spark homie!
What you do is just normal positivity, which we need right now
But when I say "I love this game." and someone comes in with "No, it's bad because..." that's when I get annoyed.
I can’t express enough on why i can’t stand so much negativity or toxicity from people. We get enough of it dealing with people daily irl,why is it needed within our comfort zone. Positivity isn’t being forced on anyone, what they choose to do is not on anyone else but themselves.
I try to curate my feed with positive folks because this is my outlet to talk games, and the last thing I want is any sort of unsolicited negativity.
I'd get DMs about how I'm "too nice" about games someone hated. It was wild.
I want to put out some good and give listeners an escape. That's what the show is and will continue to be.
Toxic positivity would be if you came on OUR feeds and told US not to say 'I don't like X' etcetcetc.
Sometimes it can become more of a performative gesture. Sometimes even if it is sincere, people might get the impression that the person expressing themselves is doing so insincerely; maybe to farm engagement, maybe to comfort themselves.
Be honest. 💖
One is being positive in a negative world, the other is being naive and refusing to see the negative
You've always hit me as the former, and there is nothing wrong with that
