The Autonomous Sacrifice Zone is where the municipal services no longer work and law is effectively suspended because the state can no longer effectively project their power in certain areas, and lose leverage that is not immediate brutal force. Thus dual power and direct action become required.

Your goal is to expand AZs, and to provide a replacement for the services which can only sporadically be rendered. Remember it is not enough but it must be something because before it was nothing. You don't serve the people from without, because you are the people. The vanguard is built from inside.

It's hit and miss, the gulf between rich and poor will expand. You cannot fight the state in a direct conflict, you will always be fighting an organized retreat. You will need to be willing to move locations, because a location is less important than lives and dynamics to be built. You are diffuse.

There will be horrific violence either way. You decide whether something is built regardless or whether it is nothing but pointless brutality. If you don't grow it learn to preserve it. If you don't preserve it learn to prepare it and learn organizational skills. If you don't do that, learn inventory and procurement. If you don't do that, learn to acquire power and clean water. If you don't do that, do something else.
