And I'm not saying that every person who's older is like this at all. But I remember how the boomers killed their gen x kids if they were gay - threw them out, a whole generation laughing as aids swept through gay communities, then wrote article after article about hating millennials.

I've just noticed that older generations often have not really considered what sort of legacy they were leaving because a lot of what I see happened was they just sort of assumed they'd just keep getting whatever they wanted and as some of them get old, they're like - hey, why is everything shit?
