my stupid fitbit versa 3 bricked itself overnight lmao, the battery was dead this morning so i plugged it in for like 45 minutes before i had to go to a class, and it was still on the boot logo when i left. i put the watch on so i could keep an eye on it in class and it literally just does Nothing - ThreadSky

this is a battery issue usually, it just bootloops when the battery is bad

i have a versa 3 and a couple dead ones

interesting, the battery life in mine wasnt *amazing* but it would always last at least like 2 days on one charge, i’d be surprised if the battery crapped out just like that. but who knows maybe it did. i had been wanting to get a smarter smartwatch anyways (these javascript fitbits are terrible)

that's not normal for the versa 3, should last like 4 days minimum, mine lasted 6 with AOD

ive hard rebooted it a few times, i tried the “hold until it resets, release, then hold” to factory reset it and that made it reboot and vibrate a few times before going back to just sitting at the logo. ouugghhhh
