My Nan's budget "French Toast Rolls". Heat a large saucepan with shortening. Beat eggs with a little milk and sugar. Dip a slice of any bread you have on hand into the mixture. Fry the dipped slices and plate. Cover each slice w a thin layer of jam and roll!
