Most doctors/nurses have trouble pronouncing mine and just kind of stare at me until I pronounce it for them. Referring to it as HS is way easier. [Also they don't know how to treat it either, so... yeah.]

Every doctor I contact when I say I have IST looking completely baffled. Not like telling them Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia clears it up. They're still so confused.
