There is a podcast military guy who is interviewing U.S military who were there.They all blame Biden. Anyone in charge then gets the blame, just because it was a bad pull out. Many Afghans dead. 13 Marines dead. My friend's son-in-law was one of the Marines who was there and saw his friends die

So, from what I read, part of the problem was that the State Department ordered the civilians out and they didn't leave. So yeah, shitshow last minute "get me out of here".
