They still haven't abandoned the strategy of chasing illusory middle of the road voters and bipartisanship
The whole party needs to be torn apart and reformed
The CRA allows any 30 senators to force a floor vote to consider rules promulgated by the administration. That includes notice-and-comment rules, and guidance documents.
But Democrats can still use this agenda-setting power to force the Senate to expend 10 hours debating each measure.
