I worked with people with MND from 2000 - 2016. And yes there were things that were systemically shit, but it truly wasn’t this - at least in Dorset and S London. It’s an unrelenting disease and I’m so sorry Rosy has been through this in addition to managing a difficult and life limiting illness.

Such an important story -- went through a similar CHC assessment battle with my Mum. She only received care to support the tube feeds initially. 24-hour care and a hospital bed at home came too late, and there was no hospice bed available in the end.
