I've had two GMaps reviews taken down for "defamation" (one of them wasn't even negative, 3 stars). Really sad to see how this trend is gaining traction in Berlin https://old.reddit.com/r/berlin/comments/1gpl5hi/lasst_mal_restaurants_die_google_rezensionen/ these people would literally rather sue people than take constructive criticism and improve their service.
