On this note:
I wear these, with a filter cut from filti material. They come with PM2.5 filters, which are pretty good when we’re all masking, and are excellent cough catchers, but not good enough when others aren’t.
These wash great, either soap & water, or dishwasher.

21 square feet of material is enough for a LOT of mask inserts. I just use one of the PM2.5s as a template. I use an awl to pre-poke the mounting holes, and tape or binder clips make setting it on frame easier.
I picked up an extra frame and extra loops, but haven’t needed them.
I tried a LOT of the disposables and reusables; GATA is what worked for me.
Once mine finally breaks, I'm moving to Flo-Mask.
When I use the head strap and the filti material, the Gata passes a saccharine fog test, so I know it has a good seal.
