2/ the boys until I lost. I didn’t lose. I wrestled 5 boys in row and beat all of them before one boy, his ego bruised, I assume, walked off crying. Coach called me off and used me as an example of strength and perseverance and then he released me bc girls weren’t allowed to compete on a boys team.
