I couldn't find it but i figured it out. This was done with Bing Create which is free (DALLE3 Ai). It took me about 10+ attempts. The prompt was longer than needed. See description for exact prompt (click on image at bottom) 😂

It kept adding extra ropes and junk in the sky. Weird but it happens. Sometimes I will use https://objectremover.com/ a free easy to use online program if I really like the image. Usually just roll the dice again. ha ha. 😂
