I stopped buying stuff I don't need a long time ago. But I think the most important thing to stop buying is buying into the lie that youth, beauty, and wealth are success/happiness.

We need to reach 12 million and more as fast as we can for the Peaceful Protests to be effective. We need to boycott as many goods and companies as possible. We have to come together as "We the People" to overcome this regime. This is "Mayday for May Day" https://youtu.be/tklD9g5qvRQ?si=3fGZHcU1VrW0uPyF
Have you seen all the Botox and plastic surgery on all those bimbos. I bet that's where our money is going . They all look like genetically engendered monkeys. And I'm a woman

an open channel to connect with life
an appreciation of the small broken and imperfect
a letting go of the need to control outcomes?
Completely understand this. I thought boycotting Target would be the death of me. But we've saved so much money, and I hardly miss it at all. We're just focused on our family and friends and life is much richer for that alone.
Isn't it true, Joe, that the older you get, the happier? I had good times as a teenager, but that teen would be jealous of how happy and relaxed I am 4 decades later. Srsly. And that does not come from wealth and success, but from understanding what's important to me.

4/5 people over 62 in the US report being financially insecure.
It's hard when we lack comprehensive healthcare as a human right here. Our hearing starts going, along with our teeth and bones and other things failing. And its expensive.
I do understand. But every age group in the US, country of few very rich people, is financially insecure.
Minimum wage, healthcare, but also food safety and security is something that sets your mind at ease.
And then you can be happier as you grow older.
