I don't see discourse about it but I see a lot of pressure to wait YEARS for big naturals while suffering from dysphoria, that could be just solved by surgery.

yeah i waited 3 years and it was making me MISERABLE. plus i was wearing completely the wrong size clothes, so everything hung off me in weird ways - i actually went *down* a dress size once i went up 3 cup sizes because things fitted better.

im sorry people have reacted that way, thats so gross.

I think they're looking for real life evidence that they can get there too, only on HRT.

the concept of counterposed "natural" has always been deeply flawed, not just with personal body modifications, but also ecology, diets, lifestyles, etc etc. much more often than not it serves as a distraction from what is actually important by trapping us into by large mystified essentialism.
