I think it's a really fun departure from the norm. I like the focus on catching Pokémon rather than battling. But we also have Legends for that now. So now this is just a fun curiosity.

Honestly, Let's Go was a pretty decent remake and remains my favorite of the Switch games in terms of graphics and art style. Being able to ride on certain Pokémon was fun and cute!!
